Pastor Recommendation Form

Dear Pastor,

As families apply to Community Classical Christian School, we request that they obtain a pastor's recommendation. We believe in order for a child to receive a successful Christian education there must be a committed involvement between the family, the church, and the school. Therefore, for acceptance to the school, one parent must be born again and have a committed personal relationship with our Savior Jesus Christ and the family must be active in their church. The following family has applied to admission to Community Classical Christian School.
